உங்கள் கணக்கை நீக்குதல்

உங்கள் FixMy Barber கணக்கையும் தனிப்பட்ட தரவையும் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் நீக்கலாம்.

செயலியில்

  1. Barber செயலியைத் திறந்து சுயவிவரம் (Profile) பகுதிக்குச் செல்லுங்கள்.
  2. "கணக்கை நீக்கு" என்பதைத் தட்டுங்கள்.
  3. உறுதிப்படுத்த உங்கள் கடவுச்சொல்லை உள்ளிடுங்கள்.

செயலி இல்லாமல்

உங்கள் கணக்கிலுள்ள மின்னஞ்சலிலிருந்து அல்லது பதிவு செய்த தொலைபேசி இலக்கத்தைக் குறிப்பிட்டு privacy@ideafactory.lk க்கு மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்புங்கள். 7 நாட்களுக்குள் நீக்கி, பதில் அனுப்புவோம்.

என்ன நீக்கப்படும்

உங்கள் பெயர், தொலைபேசி இலக்கம், மின்னஞ்சல், கடவுச்சொல், அறிவிப்பு அடையாளம் நீக்கப்படும்; வரவிருக்கும் முன்பதிவுகள் இரத்து செய்யப்படும். சலூன்களின் கணக்கு வைப்புக்காக, உங்களை அடையாளம் காட்டாத வகையில் பழைய முன்பதிவுப் பதிவுகள் வைக்கப்படும்.

Delete your account

You can delete your FixMy Barber account and personal data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open the Barber app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm.

Without the app

Email privacy@ideafactory.lk from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We delete accounts within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your name, phone number, email, password and notification token are removed, and upcoming bookings are cancelled. Past booking records are kept without any details that identify you, for the shops' accounting.
